As a dairy engineer and food scientist with long experience in infant formula manufacturing, I am very pleased to see that the new regulation for the infant formula would implement soon. This is a further big step for the Chinese food safety system in Infant formula. The consumers (Chinese babies), the market need such a strong regulation and quality management organization as a supervision to all dairy industries and as also support for rebuilding the confidence of the consumers for Chinese dairy products. A baby is the most precious thing for a family, we should never take any risk of baby food and the safety of the babies.

The dairy industry is responsible mainly for the safety of baby food according to the all new regulations. I am very happy to see that the Chinese government and FDA are already on the way to become more professional and strict on supervision. All future actions are based on international laws regulations and on new scientific knowledge. The new regulation for infant formula's label is so in detail, concentrate on facts for customers, we can see the determination of the government who insist to control quality and promotion. We believe after releasing this new regulation, the market would be more standardized and under control, as an enterprise specialized in dairy products especially infant formula, we must know the responsibility and expectation we are bearing, strict and fully implementation of GB/ ISO 9001 & GMP standards with additional TüV and Redstar regulation during production, keeping the status of production license, and we are honored to be a qualified infant formula manufacturer.

作為一名乳品工程師、在嬰兒配方奶粉行業有多年從業經驗的食品科學家，我非常高興看到嬰兒配方粉新政已在中國落地。這是中國嬰配粉以及食品安全體系的重大躍進。消費者（中國寶寶們）和市場都需要強有力的措施和質量管理體系來監管全部乳品企業，這項舉措也能夠為重建消費者對國產乳制品的信心提供支持。寶寶是一個家庭最珍貴的部分，我們絕不可以在嬰兒食品及寶寶安全方面冒任何風險。

根據政策，乳品企業應對嬰兒食品的安全承擔主體責任。中國政府及食品藥品監督管理局正在轉型為更專業更嚴苛的監管，這是我非常愿意看到的。未來所有的舉措都基于國際法律規定和最新的科學知識。嬰配粉新政對于產品標簽的規定非常詳盡，關注客戶關心的事實，由此我們可以看到政府對堅持管控質量的強烈決心。我們相信新政發布后嬰配粉市場將會更加規范并受控，作為以生產嬰配粉為主的乳品企業，紅星必須清楚自己所擔負的責任和期待，嚴格遵循行業規范，在生產過程中應嚴格執行GB/ISO 9001標準和GMP標準，嚴格履行萊茵認證規定，嚴格保持許可生產狀態，作為合格的嬰配粉生產企業我們感到十分榮幸。
